Why we made it
Graphics first, feel last. We flipped it.
Riding kit gets designed to photograph well. Graphics first, fit second, feel somewhere near the bottom. For most riders that is a minor annoyance. If you are autistic, ADHD, or you have just got a nervous system that notices everything, it is the difference between riding all day and packing up after two sessions.
So we started from the other end. We asked six riders what actually ruins a day out, seams, tags, trousers bunching in boots, gloves that rub, and built to fix those first. The graphics came last, and they are still good.
We tested it across every level on purpose. Riders in their first season, riders who race, and one who has been at it thirty years. Kit that only works for fast people is not kit that works.
The feel test
Five things we changed, and why.

Kevlar inner leg
Grip and abrasion protection where the frame meets you, without adding bulk.
Flat-lock seams
No ridges sitting under a knee brace or a boot cuff for two hours.
Printed labels, no tags
Nothing scratching at the back of your neck. A small thing that isn't small.
Four-way stretch, lightweight
Breathable enough that you stop thinking about it by the second lap.
Trouser length that stays put
Cut so it doesn't bunch inside your boots when you're on the pegs.
Rider feedback
The trousers were the perfect length, they didn't bunch up in my boots, and nothing felt cramped or awkward while riding.Harry Saunders

The test season
Six riders, every level from first season to three decades in. What they said, unedited.
I've been through so many kits over the years and a lot of them just haven't felt right for me. Being on the spectrum, comfort and feel are a massive thing, but this kit changed that completely. I felt comfortable in it all day. That means a lot to me.
I've been riding for over 30 years, and this is the best-fitting kit I've ever worn. The gloves are lightweight with unbelievable grip. What stands out is the design and the meaning behind it.
Survived a hell of a stress test given the conditions, but was really comfortable. Really like the Kevlar inner leg padding. Feels very durable and good quality.
Incredibly comfortable, fits really well, and feels great on the bike. The jersey is breathable, the trousers flexible and well-fitted without feeling restrictive.
Very comfortable, a good level of flexibility. Lightweight and breathable. Can't wait to see some designs coming through.
